Grazia magazine states that ‘hypno-dieting’ is a form of therapy and the hottest diet trend to come from the US - huge in LA and New York, growing rapidly in London. The Hypno-Size method is more effective than ‘hypno-dieting’ because it allows you to add a number of powerful NLP techniques to the mix, as well as a tailor-made hypnotic script for each individual practitioner (as different from generic, one-size-fits-all scripts as used by other well-known clinics), and ongoing coaching.

Initial consultation (approx. 1 hour) – the purpose of this session is to:

  • Model your problem
  • Find out if you are at cause or effect 
  • Discover whether your are ‘suggestible’ – suitable for hypnotherapy 
  • Clarify your outcomes (own words) – for writing your personalised script 
  • Develop rapport (unconscious mind will only accept suggestions/commands from someone you are in rapport with)


Recommended Course of Action

  • If both you and the therapist believe in your success and can commit to your success, the therapist will recommend how to proceed 
  • Typically you may need to come back for one more session where NLP interventions will be used to remove desires for ‘wrong’ foods and replace them with desires for the ‘right’ ones. Also, any emotional problems will be dealt with, as well as co-creating an eating/exercise plan. 
  • A number of telephone-coaching sessions throughout the duration of the attainment of your specific outcomes may also be recommended. 
  • A tailor-made hypnotic CD will be made for you to listen to twice per day. 
  • As each person is unique, the cost of your treatment will depend upon the treatment recommended.
  • The initial hour long consultation is €100.
