Our People

Owen Pardue (TNLP)

It's sobering to realise that I took a nap one morning in Kindergarten and woke up to find that I now have over two decades of useful experience in life and business! The time flew faster than I could ever have imagined. I'm fortunate, though: for the most part, it's been successful and I've had - and continue having - a pretty good time!

Experience includes:

  • business development (designing processes & strategies) (Ireland, UK, & USA)
  • coaching & training
  • sales & marketing (recruiting and training sales & marketing teams)
  • copywriting & business writing (from sales letters to advertising campaigns)

Kinder clients of mine (including: Nat Ross, Glanbia, Philip Morris Int’l, AIB…) have told me that I bring ‘a wealth of practical knowledge and easy-going professionalism’ to my work. I thank them for being so kind, although I take it with a pinch of salt – my head’s big enough as it is already.

Since becoming a certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Master Practitioner I’ve never looked back. Some wit once said that when you do what you love you will never work again. I feel fortunate to not be working.

I also hold a diploma in Bungee Jumping :0) as well as one for Performance & Executive Coaching (currently serving on the coaching panel of a number of international banks). I’m interested in many other things, too - language (copywriting for business & writing for fun), recruitment profiling, hypnotherapy, NLP Psychotherapy, and motivational and/or after-dinner speaking. Client’s say that my presentation style is personal, challenging, dynamic and thought-provoking. I hope so! As long as they're getting something out of it and we're all winning, I'll keep on keeping on.

Qualifications

  • Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
  • Master of NLP
  • Executive Coach Dip. (currently serving on the coaching panel of AIB)
  • Professional Copywriter
  • Hypno/Psycotherapist
  • After Dinner & Motivational Speaker

Owen

It’s not long since I’ve had this new title of Style & Image Coach, even though I’ve been doing it with great success over the past dozen years. During my time in the fashion industry I've been helping women (and the odd man!) to get that ‘look’ they’ve always desired. Combining that experience with my natural coaching abilities (you don’t tell others what to do – you help them discover what to do for themselves and then keep them focused and motivated on that) and my Neuro-Linguistic Programming skills, I feel more equipped to coach clients than ever before.

Experience includes:

  • Manager (of two of Ireland’s top department stores)
  • Manager (of leading designer-wear shop in Dublin)
  • Visual merchandiser (countrywide in various stores)
  • Account executive (looking after corporate clients in one of Dublin’s leading accessory shops)
  • Personal shopper (clothes and accessories / men and women)
  • Certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
  • Customer service provider

NLP is proving to be one of the most rewarding facets of my career and life. I first became aware of it through Owen Pardue (Master & Certified Trainer NLP), and with his support and encouragement I went on to be certified as an NLP Practitioner. I feel very fortunate to have studied with two of the finest and most talented people in the field, Dr. Susi Strang-Wood and Craig Wood. They made learning such an unforgettable experience – and so much fun! I know I can never thank them enough. And it is my intention to continue my training with them – from Master through to Certified Trainer. Why work with less than the best?

Qualifications

  • Retail / Department Store Manager
  • Trainer
  • Visual Merchandiser
  • Corporate Account Executive
  • NLP Practitioner
  • Style & Image Coach
