What is nlp Shadow-Coaching
Anybody who’s ever been involved in training or coaching realises that both have their pros and cons. nlp Shadow-Coaching™ is a service that combines the most useful elements of both while using powerful learning and ‘change techniques’ from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (The Art & Science of Human Behaviour & Communication).
Where necessary, the coach (a highly experienced and fully qualified Master of NLP) will use appropriate NLP interventions to assist the coachee to quickly and painlessly resolve any obstacles blocking the way to the intended, desired outcome.

How Does It Work?
The coach ‘shadows’ the coachee for an agreed period of time in the area he/she is being coached (for example – if it’s specific to helping a salesperson close more sales, then the coach would shadow (be there with him/her) the salesperson during that process. Another example could be a receptionist (telemarketer, or an operator who works in a service call-centre) – and in this case, the coach would shadow the person as he/she deals with clients on the telephone.
Take the case of doctors. Those who get sued for malpractice are not the one’s who make the mistakes, but the one’s who have ‘communicated’ in an unuseful way (lack of respect and rapport) towards a patient – or, at least, that’s the way the patient sees it. One of our highly-trained coaches would sit in on a few interactions between doctor and patients, and soon be able to determine where quick, easy (and malpractice suit saving) would be made.
In all cases, after the coach has seen and heard the opportunities for improvement/ development, he can then go about using a mixture of training & coaching to specifically up-skill the individual in the most deft and effective manner.
